Is this a diet program?
Good Eats NYC is not a diet program.
All of our meals are prepared using fresh ingredients without adding unnecessary butter, cream or other high fat ingredients.
Do I select my own meals?
Absolutely. Each day we will offer you a selection of three lunch and seven dinner options as well as a tempting choice of dessert. Options include meat, seafood and vegetarian selections. Choose your favorites and enjoy.
Why don’t you serve breakfast?
Pastries and coffee are easy to obtain and hot breakfast fare doesn’t travel well. Until we can find a solution, we will serve our clients only those meals we can prepare well.
Do I have to order everyday?
Absolutely not. Our meal delivery program is extremely flexible. When you select your meals each week you can decide which days and which meals you want to receive.
When do I order?
Our menus are posted one week in advance. You must place your order by Wednesday for the following week. This allows our cooks to shop and prepare your meals without waste or shortage.
When will my food be delivered?
We currently have two delivery options available. Meals arrive in a reusable insulated bag that will be delivered to your home or office either before 7 a.m. or before 11 a.m. Select the delivery time that works best for you.
What if something comes up and I have to cancel?
Good Eats NYC are packed fresh daily and will keep nicely in your fridge for a couple of days. Beyond that, they are packaged to be suitable for freezing. Enjoy your meal another night.
